How to attach an Animation or a Graphic in an Outlook Signature?
An Outlook Signature is just a text which can be formatted or colored. It may be your name, your company’ name, your designation, etc and adding an animation or image make it more unique. - From the menu in MS Outlook choose File.
- Click Options to open Outlook Options.
- Select the Mail tab.
- Choose the Signature button beside Create or modify signatures for messages in the Compose messages section,
- If you already use a signature that you wish to add an image, perform the next step. Otherwise in the E-mail Signature tab, hit the New button to make a new Signature.
- In the same section, create the signature something unique and then enter any text you wish to be added in the sign in the area at the bottom of the Signatures and Stationary window.
- Select the sign in which you want to insert an image.
- Position the cursor where the image needs to be inserted.
- In the formatting toolbar click the insert pictures button to choose the image you need in the Signature. It is the one between the Business Card and Hyperlink buttons.
- On the Signatures and Stationary window click OK to save the sign.
- To come out the Outlook Options click OK again.
